A. NO... You can rent from 1 to any number of games that your occasion needs

A. Anywhere from 2 to 24 hours CONSECUTIVELY)
Q. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GAMES THAT WILL FIT ON THE MOBILE ARCADE?
A. Depending on the games, 20 to 30
Q. CAN I CHOOSE THE GAMES I WANT?
A. Yes, but we have a recommended list that gives a good variety and appeals to all ages.
Q. WHAT IS THE POWER SOURCE FOR THE MOBILE ARCADE?
A. The MOBILE ARCADES' generator or 40 amp service
Q. ARE THE GAMES ALWAYS ON
A. YES, unless other arrangements are made
Q. IS THERE A CONTRACT TO SIGN?
A. YES, just a basic contract that protects the customer and us
Q. HOW DO I LOCK IN A DATE?
A. A 50% deposit will ensure your date
Q. WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?
A. The balance is due on the day of event
Q. WHAT IF MY EVENT IS CANCELLED?
A. If it is cancelled 30 days prior to event date, there will be a full refund, after 15 days a 25% refund
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE MOBILE ARCADE?
A. The set up time is approxiametly 3 hours
Q. WHAT IF A GAME BREAKS DOWN DURING THE EVENT?
A. Unfortunately, this cannot be prevented, every attempt will be made to correct the problem
Q. IS THE GENERATOR LOUD?
A. The generator is in the front of Mobile Arcade trailer so there is minimal background noise but not annoying
Q. IS IT HOT IN THE MOBILE ARCADE?
A. There are fans inside and pop-up vents so it will be cooler inside than out
Q. CAN THE MOBILE ARCADE BE USED AT NIGHT?
A. YES, there are plenty of lights with the arcade games
Q. IS FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED?
A. NO, so that all the games will be in good working condition
Q. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SET-UP?
A. YES (excludes photos and prizes with certain games)
Q. WHAT IS THE FOOTPRINT OF THE MOBILE ARCADE?
A. It is 53X20 with the awning extended
Q. CAN I RENT THE MOBILE ARCADE FOR INDOOR EVENTS?
A. YES, it has been at large indoor arenas and convention centers and we can unload the games if needed
Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. personal checks, business checks and cash(the office manager will discuss payment plans and options
